3. We cannot deliver your order to a P.O. Box address, so be sure to give us a street address.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will gladly accept returns.
If you want to return your items for an exchange, you should contact us within 30 days from the date you received it. If you want to return it, we will charge 15% of your payment for postage within 7 days. We do not accept any returns beyond the time limit.
Please ensure that the items you return are in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, unworn, altered or washed, and can be resold.
Please let us know the tracking number when returning goods as we are not responsible for lost shipments. We will only issue a refund to you after we have received your items.
