So how are we so cheap? Simply because we are not an Authorized Dealer. The advantage of not being an authorized dealer is that we are not held to the manufacturers terms, so we can discount our goods however much we like. However, since we are not authorized we are not allowed to supply the manufacturer’s warranty. Understanding our customers’ concerns, we therefore offer our own warranty to match the exact warranty the manufacturer offers.

Transit times and quick delivery

Within 3 business day from our warehouse in most approved order will be sent. Receive your package depends on your choice of delivery method, but our standard is 7 days, which means that you will receive your package within a week usually.

After the order has been received, all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is informed that a message will be left in your account, however, in extenuating circumstances, it takes up within 5 business days.

We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. Please allow around 5-10 working days from dispatch. Additional delays may occur during the months of September – March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs. We are not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company. International orders might be subject to import taxes/duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by us.Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order. Higher-end orders will require a signature, so please specify an address which you can be availible to recieve the package and sign for it; furthermore, if a PO Box is used as the shipping address, we reserve the right to ask for a physical address.

EMS (Express Mail Service): EMS is our default express shipping method (Suitable for most customers).

DHL : We choose DHL when the cargo weight equals or greater than 21KG.

Shipping Time

Normally it would takes 24 – 72 hours to process and ship out your goods. If you order a product out of stock, we will contact you immediately via E-mail .Your tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped.

Usually it takes no 5 – 7 business days for Express Delivery. We are sorry that we do not provide overnight shipping currently.


Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately.
25% cancellation fee applies.
Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date.
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Delay

We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the goods in time but we are not responsible for service transit time, which is determined by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with parcel origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient or incorrect address info, holidays, carrier complications or customs delay.

we recommend that you place your order in advance, especially in the express peak period or during major holidays, such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Mid Autumn Day,China’s National Day.



Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking number. So, please check your email box and track your order later.


In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned within 8 days of receipt date – unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding 25% re-stocking/processing fee and US$30 return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.


To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 8 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.

Items received “Not as Described”

Please notify us within 5 Business Days of purchase if there is a significant discrepancy with an order. Please inspect all packages when they are received.
