Hi all, I just joined the crowd having stumbled across the forum. I have a 82 GPz 750 which has been fitted with later Turo engineShhh . I want to do some upgrades I think the 550 swing arm and forks etc will be the way to go.
I will keep you posted on progress but will be asking for plenty of advise........

Cheers, Phil

Welcome, Phil! Glad to have you aboard. Interesting project! How were you planning on changing the twin shock Zephyr 550 swingarm to work with the monoshock on the 750? Or was the 82 a twin shock?

The timing cover for the 550, 650 and 750 air-cooled inline 4 Kawasakis are all interchangeable... I hope to be able to have a sample billet cover machined up soon, as if you've looked at the Flickr set for All Things 550, you'll find a lovely timing cover with the Turbo logo carved in it. Maybe I can interest you in one! :D
