hey new to the board. just got a 550 zephyr. pretty sure it has cam chain rattle but im going to try and find a manual tensioner to fix it. otherwise is a great bike and only needs a little mainenance.

ill post some pics soon.
hopefully theres some good advice on here, ill definitely be here alot.

klr678 here makes and sells them, and we also sell his manual cam chain tensioner.

Welcome to the board, and to owning a Zephyr 550! They can be really nice little bikes without much investment.
