The headers are interchangeable, but the muffler has a slightly different mount point. You want a GPz exhaust for the earlier twin-shock GPz (KZ model number, rather than ZX model number), and then you'll have to fab a bracket or drill a hole in the stock muffler hanger/rear footpeg bracket further back than the stock one. Haven't tried fitting up a late GPz (monoshock) exhaust, but I tend to think that it might have clearance issues.
The Bassani exhaust on my ZR550 was built for a twin-shock GPz.
